Tim Parr showed us his condo listing, and during that meeting we felt that Tim had a good knowledge of the area, and we agreed to see more locations with him. Tim put together another tour of condos. We were skeptical of our next tour, because, while we loved the community he was going to show us, we never even let ourselves dream we could live there. We went and found a house in our price range.
