My husband and I had been looking to relocate for months, we were using Zillow and Realtor.com! Tim Parr showed us his condo listing, and during that meeting we felt that Tim had a good knowledge of the area, and we agreed to see more locations with him. Tim put together another tour of condos. We looked at several locations and after hearing us discuss the pluses and minuses of each unit, Tim said, "I know what you are looking for." We were skeptical of our next tour, because, while we loved the community he was going to show us, we never even let ourselves dream we could live there. We went and found a house in our price range. My sisters and I inherited the house in Port Charlotte. None of us lived there and we did not have anything of our own invested. We chose to sell it “as is” knowing we might not get top dollar. Having dealt with realtors over the years I have learned to seek out realtors whose proven record of success has been recognized by others. Tim was one who was brought to my attention; however, I’ve also learned it’s always good to look at more than one option. Tim’s initial presentation, having done his homework, was impressive. But more importantly after talking with other realtors, I knew I could work with him. As I was an out of state seller, I was not aware of all that Tim did on our behalf but I do know he found someone to haul off the remnants we left in the house. He checked on the house periodically. He kept me fully appraised of the buyer interest in the house once listed and he worked on our behalf to bring the sale about. I do know we offered challenges as sellers that required patience and positivity from Tim that he delivered in good measure. Tim never wavered in his support and positivity. I suspect I would have sold the house for less except for my faith in Tim’s advice. As it turned out, we came out of this better because we followed his lead and we are grateful to him for that.

Tim was wonderful in every way. He was always available to answer any question or concern we had. He was knowledgeable of the area and the market, seemed to listen to our concerns and needs. I would recommend him to anyone.
