As we all know this market has been ridiculous with people placing bids over the listing price. For months Tim was with me as several deals fell through and encouraging me every step of the way even when I was ready to give up. He walked me through many mental break downs.lol! But as I stand in my beautiful home with my children now I am very thankful for him he is definitely God sent.
