Our family was moving from Houston to San Antonio and unfortunately did not have resources locally to help us navigate through this. Tim and Phon were referred to us by a realtor friend in Houston and the process could not have gone any smoother. As you can imagine, we were a little skeptical about searching for a house and navigating the transaction while in another city but Tim and Phon made the entire experience seamless.
