As Realtors, as investors, as a family, and as friends, they are of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme. As a first time home buyer, Tim went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in the home buying process. There is no ceiling for what he won’t do for you (at least, we never found the ceiling). He made sure we found the perfect house, in the right location for the right price. When we did, he made sure everything was inspected and up to par. He always had or found the answers to ANY questions we had. Phon is nothing short of amazing, too. I see them as equals. She handled the scheduling side of things and was always on top of it. (she’s also a PHON-ominal photographer!!) I was excited to go look at houses, mainly because I got to spend time with these awesome people. They made it FUN. Tim and his family should be the only family you consider for your home-buying experience.
We stumbled upon the Macy’s via social media. Tim is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. They are very well connected which is awesome especially if you are new to the state . They got us a home within a month (with a pool). Then there’s the trust aspect. We felt at ease with them- didn’t have to worry about a salesman who would take advantage of us . They are honest , hard working , responsive, kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend them to anyone especially if you are out of state, having someone like Tim and Phon is the smartest thing you can do.
Tim and his wife Phon were great. From doing video walk throughs and reviews on the neighborhoods, all while we were overseas and taking the time to show us all the homes we wanted until we found our perfect castle.

Long story short, bought it sight unseen let his crew inspect it and review it. Could not be happier. And one little tidbit.
