Support from out of state
Tim was able to help me sell my home by always being there to point out any fixes needed to make sure we get a buyer. He also was able to help me sell the property while I was out of town for most of this journey. He met with contractors for me and checked on the property since it was vacant for weeks. Only challenge was we didn’t do many open houses to encourage a larger customer group. It would have been nice to see if it would have made a difference in getting the buyers market value of the house
