Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty (Windermere, 34786)

I live in NJ and needed to sell my mother’s Orlando FL home quickly to provide her with needed medical care. Charles understood the gravity of my situation. The home was listed fast and sold at a competitive price in a rapidly changing market. Charles kept me informed every step of the way and responded with reassurance to all of my texts and calls. He kept a watchful eye on the home when I physically couldn’t be there so I could focus on caring for my mother. The closing happened electronically. Best of all, Charles handled a couple last loose ends on my part to avoid any travel for me. Overall, he is a fantastic negotiator and caring professional. I recommend him highly.

Jeannie was wonderful to work with for so many reasons! We had already moved out of state and was originally working with a different realtor who unfortunately did not work out for us. Jeannie stepped in and had so much knowledge. She was professional, extremely timely with communications and very easy to work with. In addition to being amazing to work with, she also stepped in as an onsite representative for us since we had already moved and could not be there to meet with venders when performing a few repairs after our home inspection - she went above and beyond. We highly recommend Jeannie as your realtor!

My wife and I were very fortunate to have Sharon as our agent. We had a tough time finding a home that would work for us but fortunately Sharon always had options to redirect us down the appropriate path. Her communication was clear and direct regarding the market conditions and what would work best for us. She was always very responsive, timely and provided important recommendations and suggestions during the challenging times. She understood our wants and our personalities to make the process of buying a home go as smoothly as possible. We very much appreciated her support and professionalism.

Sharon ranks among the most knowledgeable and committed agents in Florida. She provides not only exceptional service beyond what is necessary to complete a transaction, but she is personable, has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with. I know many agents, in Florida and New York, and I would definitely choose Sharon as my Realtor over any number of agents. I trust her judgement, her expert knowledge, and her recommendations entirely. I can without reservation recommend Sharon for the purchase or sale of property, regardless of price point. I know that she is a luxury home specialist, but she gives the same attention to detail and committment to any priced home. Many Realtors cannot even spell, much less figure out how a contract should be written. Sharon isn't one of them. She walks these people through how a sale should proceed, and in my opinion, she should be teaching these people basic real estate principles and practices. The agent who brought the buyer was totally incompetent. I can't say enough about how great this transaction was because of (and only because of) Sharon!
