I have nothing but positive things to say about the Kizer team. Selling our home of over 30 years was tough, but Tim and Heidi understood our concerns and were awesome to work with. They provided good advice along the way, our house sold really (really!) fast, and they stayed in touch often, even after the sale. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
Tim and Heidi are a dynamic duo and a great team to work with. My husband and I were in the market for our first home and with that came a plethora of questions, reservations, and anxiety. They dispelled all of that and really showed their experience and passion for their clients: so much that we made an offer the first day our home entered the market and went into contract. Brittany and Daisy are gems to work with and helped streamline the entire process behind the scenes and really just added the cherry on top for the entire experience. Throughout the entire process it was made known that they were there to support us every step of the way. Honestly, they far surpassed any expectations I had and because of that I plan to continue to work with them in the future. If you aren’t working with the Kizer Team already you are putting yourself at a disservice. You will not regret it.

Tim and Heidi are the absolute BEST! If you want someone to have your back and for you to not have to worry, they're your team. They sold our home in less than a week (under contract in 24 hours) and helped us buy our new home. They even helped negotiate a seller credit for closing costs.
