This is the second property that we have purchased in the Phoenix area through Tim. The first one was in 2006. We always knew if we bought again we would use Tim as our realtor. He has a knack for calling out inspection issues and he also has recommendations on who can fix them. He knows the Phoenix market and is very good at negotiating the best deal.
