Stumbled onto Tim by accident. Very happy accident. In the process of buying my home, there was a stumbling block with an almost purchase. Tim's knowledge and expertise were vital is handling that situation. On this alone he earned his commission. Backstory: moved to Atlanta from out of state. Only prior knowledge of the area was driving through 20 years ago. Tim and Helen were fantastic, helping take video tours of homes, giving me vital information on the local market conditions, and they worked with my criteria without trying to force me to change.
