I can not recommend Tim ENOUGH! As a first time home buyer, I have been rather clueless and had 1 million questions. He was available, helpful and kind. He helped me get the place I wanted when there were 2 other offers on the table! Work with him! You won’t regret it!

Tim was with us for a long, bumpy and frustrating ride. He was always very honest and his opinions meant a lot to us. After three months, we finally closed on our forever home.

I was relocating to Atlanta. Since I was not in Atlanta yet, Tim would go to houses he thought I would like and videotape a walk-thru and send them to me. It was a great way to begin the process. Once I moved here, I signed a contract in the first week. The entire process with Tim was easy and efficient. (And the fact that he is a tough negotiator with the sellers saved me many thousands of dollars.) His recommendations on lenders and attorneys was spot on also.
