Tim was professional, knowledgeable and caring during a difficult decision we had to make to sell our family home. Our parents used Tim to sell our childhood home to move into the family home and we knew we would be in good hands. Tim was very helpful with decisions we had to make and great advice with multiple offers. The entire process was smooth and very quick.
Tim was absolutely excellent to work with! He was extremely prompt and polite through the entire process. He has extensive knowledge of his field and it shows. He knew exactly how to structure our offer to win the house we wanted. Tim is one of the nicest, and most honest people we have had the pleasure to work with. I recommend Tim to everyone now!
Tim not only helped me secure the home I have been searching for, he went above and beyond to help me through the process and made sure I understood all of the options available. I can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge that Tim possesses to get you to the table!
Tim explained the process in plain english. I felt he was honest and knowledgeable when I had choices/decisions to make. Communication was clear and no-nonsense. Quick response whether it was text, call or meeting. Professional and respectful, I was assured he represented us through each step.
