we used Tim to find us the perfect house when we first relocated to Boise. We looked at several and he kept to our budget, then he showed us "the one" and we purchased it, did the renovations we planned to do. We thought we'd stay in this home forever. However, in re-evaluating several criteria, we made the decision to once again relocate to another state. We called Tim, he did the market research, we agreed on a selling price and he got to work hiring photographers, videographers, and got the brochures made. He put a "coming soon" sign in the yard and 7 days later, put it on MLS. It went live at 9 am, at 10 am he had a call from an agent asking to show it, and by 2 pm, we had a full price offer. I didn't think a home could sell in 4 hours, but ours did. He was on top of each and every step we had to tick off the list, and without his great resources, this would not have happened. We've told all our neighbors to use him if they really want their house sold. He is the best!
