We were able to identify homes that we were interested in viewing and saw the entire list in three days. The detailed packet that Tim gave us each day was fantastic. He also recommended that we write the pros and cons on each home that we viewed which proved to be extremely valuable. We had been researching the Boise housing market for quite some time and handed Tim a list of 26 homes that we were quite interested in seeing. Tim had previously sent us access to his home search website that is much more accurate than Zillow. We visited 9 homes in one day, and monopolized his time for several more days after that. Tim knew every neighborhood, school situation, HOA, and often details about each home situation (like who was selling it and why). As we were closing in on a final selection, Tim arranged for a second look at all the final "candidates". As the sale moved through escrow, Tim turned out to be an invaluable resource for recommendations on all the needed details. He knows all the best home inspectors, insurance agents, and on and on. We were introduced to Tim through family who previously hired him to find their home. Everyone we have talked to in the business speak really highly of Tim. We can certainly understand why.

A few years ago, I needed to take out a home equity loan on my duplex. The appraiser valued the property well under its value which had upset me at the time. Recently, the opportunity came to purchase another property which would require the sale of my duplex. Tim and I came up with a value based on the rents and listed the duplex. We received multiple offers and accepted one that was $5,000 over asking price. Tim was very professional and timely in all his dealings. He was taking phone calls and relaying communications as well as setting up appointments above and beyond the call of duty. He more than earned his commission.
