It was wonderful to ask Tim to "get it done...
It was wonderful to ask Tim to "get it done" and to not give the sale much thought after that. Within a week of listing my investment property, he brought me 2 offers, both with high probability of closing, and we took the higher one. I had some legal issues with the occupant, but since Tim has a legal background he was able to talk to the lawyer assigned to me by my loan servicing company and get that paperwork expedited. If you need to sell a property anywhere in eastern NC, talk to Tim.
