Would highly recommend Tim and his team for all buying and selling needs.
Tim helped me purchase my home in 2020 and made that process very easy. Whenever anything came up of concern, he was always available to either explain the situation or provide solutions. Tim was very knowledgable about the VA Home Loan process as he is also a veteran. When it came to selling my home, I had to request his services again. Tim (and Jessica) were able to list my home on short notice and look over all inspections while I already moved out of town. They worked above and beyond my expectations and I was able to wholeheartedly trust them. I appreciate Tim's hard work and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Tampa Bay region.
