"Tim Binning is very knowledgeable about the market and takes time to answer and explain all questions. He is also very knowledgeable in regards to rental property management and very good at making a difficult process seem easy."
Tim Binning and team made the process of selling my Mom's home super easy. Quick sale above asking price. I've sold 3 properties with Tim and he's exceeded expectations every time!
I wouldn't consider using another agent, Tim and his team are the best. My agent, Dawn Bolender has incredible local knowledge, is aggressive, and just gets it done. I got the price I was looking for my home, you will too.
Tim Binning is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable of my needs. I have purchased a few properties from him and they have always gone smoothly. He has been able to negotiate great deals for me. I would recommend him highly.
Tim Binning and ReMax All Pro team did an excellent job in helping me find the home of my dreams. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend their team to anyone in need of an excellent realtor! Sincerely, Sherry Farmer
I highly recommend the Tim Binning Team. My agent, Heather Gift, and the office staff I encountered while my home was listed were all professional, straight forward, accessible and patient. Heather made a stressful process (first time seller!) very easy.
