Tiffany was extremely helpful to us throughout the entire buying process. She knows the Long Island area very well. She helped identify properties that matched what we were looking for. Once we found properties we liked, she researched the comps in the neighborhood. Once we agreed with the sellers on price, she has great contacts for when it comes to inspection, legal, and other roles you will need further down the road. This is often an overlooked area but if you want to purchase in this market you will need to move fast and Tiffany can help with that. She stayed in contact with us all the way up though the day of sale (and afterwards). Above all else, Tiffany was always reachable and available to answer questions, discuss next steps, or give her opinion (when it was requested). I would definitely use Tiffany again if I were looking to move in the future. However, she helped my wife and I find our perfect home so we will likely never be moving!

I had found Tiffany as a random request through her broker and I could not be happier with our decision to use her as our agent. We were hesitant about selling because we didn’t really know the process and were just figuring out our options.
