Tiffany went above and beyond to help us find our next dream home. We were not easy clients. We changed our focus so many times along the way and she patiently went to every piece of land, house, etc. that we wanted to look at sometimes at a moment's notice. And when we finally found "the one", she walked us through the process and made buying seamless. She also had our current house in contract within hours of it hitting the market. We would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone wanting to buy or sell.

Tiffany was always on point with everything. Always giving us updates and keeping my fiancé and I in the loop. She’s so kind and wonderful at her job.

Tiffany was extremely responsive. She was able to set up showings as soon as possible. She made herself available all the time. At each showing, she helped us to see the positives and negatives about each property we saw. When we made offers, she guided us to help us get the best deal for ourselves. She is very knowledgeable. She provided us information about the market, mortgages, and the entire process from offer to close. Tiffany made our buying process seamless and enjoyable!

Tiffany was very responsive throughout the selling process. She communicated with us regularly to truly understand and balance our goals and priorities for the sale with the surrounding market. Our listing pictures, signage, and open house were scheduled and executed quickly. Once in contract, Tiffany communicated very effectively with the buyers agent. She never failed to prioritize our goals while keeping us appropriately appraised of all developments.

We loved working with Tiffany throughout the home buying process. She communicates quickly and efficiently and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her professionalism was top-tier, and she made sure to be available through all stages of the process. Tiffany‘s effective communication and professionalism with us and the seller allowed us to close quickly on our new home even during the holidays.

Tiffany was referred to us and after meeting her at our home for the first time we did not have to look further. She is so warm but very professional and also very sensitive to how we as sellers were feeling, parting with our home of 32 years. She is very confident in what she does and she makes you feel that way also. She only had a couple of days to prepare for our first meeting and she had done an impressive amount of research in very business like binders. I can’t think of how many times I sent her a text and I always received a response usually within minutes. Tiffany was right on in pricing our home and we had an offer for asking price within 10 days on the market. She really is a gem and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Thank you Tiffany for meeting our every need in the selling of our house!

Tiffany is very professional and knowledgeable. She was spot on when giving feedback for suggestions to help make my phone feel larger. Her drive helped me sell my house the first weekend we listed it over ask. She gave me good recommendations on movers and other services I would need. I appreciate her more than words can say!! I will definitely contact her if I need to sell another home!! Thank you Tiffany

Tiffany has helped me purchase 2 homes now. Each time she has been so willing to share her industry knowledge, guide me through what is often a tedious process and patiently allow me to explore all the options before making a buying decision. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an agent who will truly have your back!

Tiffany did a great job selling our home in Granville. Her attention to detail and service was second to none. She was always knowledgeable and professional. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend Tiffany!

Working with Tiffany was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Her professionalism shone through in every interaction, whether we were preparing the property for sale, navigating negotiations, or handling the complexities of closing. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and concerns, always responding promptly to our questions and keeping us informed throughout the entire process. What truly set her apart was her willingness to go above and beyond our expectations - her dedication and expertise made what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and memorable one. We couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about their clients' success.
