Tiffany Was Outstanding. I was a little concerned because she had never sold a house of this market value but Tiffany quickly stepped up to the challenge and showed she could make it happen. We had a few bumps along the way like with the school district issues but she stuck with it and working in many marketing directions to get it sold. Endless back to back open houses Tiffany hosted and getting on the Fairfield Country Realtors Tour twice, even more showed her drive and passion. Thanks Again.

Tiffany Bafford was the best realtor, ever! My husband and I both love her and we're very grateful for her friendship throughout this process. We're sad that we won't be in as much contact with her now that we've bought our house! She was amazing through everything and we've already recommended her to several of our friends and family members for whenever they're ready to buy a home!

She was able to keep everything moving forward and at a fast pace. She literally sold our house in a afternoon and had us in our new house in 30 days. Was the greatest part of our buying and selling experience. Very helpful and went above and beyond our expectations which was great since I work out of town. Made it easy for us to move. Thanks a bunch.

Tiffany was the smoothest part of our move to Ohio. Very responsive, prompt to respond to questions, a good listener and a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to work with Her again. Tom Scott

After initially deciding to wait until next year to list our house due to time constraints, Tiffany came to us with an opportunity involving an approved buyer looking for a home like ours in our specific neighborhood. Due to the nature of this type of sale, the process moved very quickly, however Tiffany was extremely patient and helpful with all of our questions and concerns. Anticipating staying in the Newark area, once we have determined our next home purchase, we will absolutely be contacting Tiffany!
