I am extremely pleased with the purchase of my condo unit in Emeryville, CA. Our Agent Thynancy is amazing, she help led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get us a price we were comfortable with and help saved us about $10,000. Not too shabby right?. She offered excellent advice, answered question and helped us to always make the most informed decisions. Thynancy has good knowledge of home construction and the local market. Everytime we viewed a new property Thynancy would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, and everything that she may see as a potential problem later on. I would recommend Thynancy very very highly. I know whenever we're making a big purchase such as a home to live in or to invest we can't afford not to have the best and most experience person working for us.
