He communicated to me the "must haves" in preparing the residence for sale, and then he met with termite inspectors and contractors to perform services, as needed. He made the sale process seamless and as a professional in the trust & estate planning industry, the only regret that I have is that I can't transplant him in each market that I have real estate to sell.
