A steady hand

I have come full circle with Tom Shea, having bought my condo with him in 2012 and now having sold it with him in 2026. We met in an even more previous transaction, when he was representing the seller in another St. Andrews condo I bought with another investor in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. For all those years Tom was my broker and property manager in seasonal renting of both condos.
