I have come full circle with Tom Shea, having bought my condo with him in 2012 and now having sold it with him in 2026. We met in an even more previous transaction, when he was representing the seller in another St. Andrews condo I bought with another investor in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. For all those years Tom was my broker and property manager in seasonal renting of both condos. Always prompt and professional and an expert in the St. Andrews market-- and above all a pleasure to work with!-- I considered Tom not only my broker but my good friend and neighbor at St. Andrews.

Tom is an excellent, experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, intelligent, and considerate agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He follows up with considered and honest answers to questions no matter how frivolous. Tom is also very likable and responsive. I cannot say enough nice things about him.
