Not only did Tom teach us about things to look for in houses, he also offered very clear explanations about every step of the home buying process. Our first offer was accepted at asking price (which was a great deal!), and Tom's tenacity and relationship with the seller's agent made that happen. Throughout the closing process, Tom checked in with us regularly to make sure we were doing our homework and had all of our paperwork ready. He's very accessible and took time to make sure all of our questions were answered. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better agent than Tom. We really enjoyed working with him, and if we ever leave the wonderful home he helped us get into, we would work with him again in a heartbeat.

I came across a beautiful property that really intrigued me. The photos and the videos taken on this property really captured the true essence of it's beauty! The property is a lovely home for sale. Mr. Stachler is a Real Estate Broker but it looked like he missed his calling as a photographer. He has a great eye! The video he created was very professional and it had me wanting to buy the home without seeing the property because he eloquently captured the true essence of the home. The photos and video wasn't only captured nicely but they were detailed oriented and he provided subtitles which was extremely helpful. Although, he had an amazing canvas to work with; you can truly see that a lot of effort went into creating the photos and videos. The home is truly beautiful, meticulously well maintained, updated, and decorated wonderfully but the video of the home is what really put the icing on the cake! I've looked at a lot of properties and videos of homes and by far this video is thee best! When I talked to Mr. Stachler he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, forthright, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He appeared to be a man of integrity with tons of expertise!
