When looking for a home in Spring Hill, Thomas was the agent assigned to me through Century 21. I sent him several listings on short notice, and he drove around with me all day until I found the right home. He encouraged me all the way through very difficult contractual terms, and he never let up until I got my new home. He will always be aces to me. He attended the initial walk through with the inspector, and attended the final walk through as well. I can say he worked his tail off to make my dream a reality. I’ll most likely never move again but if I had to, I would call Thomas in heartbeat. He was witty and professional, and I felt lucky to have him work me through this process.

I had a home in Palmetto, FL. While beautiful, it’s a tough market to sell in. Tom was dogged! He held many open houses and scoured all his resources to get the place sold. I highly recommend him.

Thomas was instrumental in aiding us with our home purchase. Residing on the West coast and purchasing in Florida presents unique challenges and Thomas helped every step of the way. He facilitated lining up properties to view on a short trip there, went to properties and shot video and FaceTimed for us back home, researched permits for repairs on properties for our evaluation. There was nothing he couldn’t do to help us. On the property we finally closed on he quarterbacked the whole transaction from start to finish and he was available anytime despite the time difference. Thomas is a true professional and I can’t recommend him enough to anyone wishing to purchase property in the greater Tampa Florida area.
