Tom was very insightful and had good knowledge of the current housing market prices. He came to our house a couple of weeks before we decided to list. He gave us buyer's perspective suggestions on how to list and sell our house quickly. He brought in a professional photographer and created the listing. Before the listing hit the market, we received multiple calls to view and received two offers. We ended up with twelve offers and sold our house for about 10% over asking. Tom put in extra effort to make sure the house sale went through smoothly. He was always available by phone and we very responsive. Tom had a wealth of experience and I would definitely use him again the next time we're in the market.
