Personable and Dependable
We recently purchased a home in FL, and Tom was our agent. He was fantastic from start to finish! He is very reliable, gives honest feedback, and has a strong handle on all the intricacies of buying a home in the FL market. He has great contacts for everything involved in the buying, inspecting, and remodeling of a home. Moreover, he is a great communicator, always shows up on time to showings, is quick to respond to texts, and is skilled at negotiating. If you are looking for an agent, I highly recommend Tom!
