Excellent Negotiating Skills Closed the Sale

I hired Tom to help with the sale of several rental homes in Sanford and he showed excellent professionalism with all of them. He found a buyer on this particular house who, despite my extensive renovation, came back with many items from his inspections but with Tom's negotiations, all I really needed to focus on was to replace the roof. He found an excellent roofer who not only quickly handled the job, but was even willing to be paid at closing! I didn't have to come out of pocket to replace the roof! As soon as that job was done, the closing was seamless. There was no stressful back and forth negotiating. What could have been a complicated and expensive process turned out to be quite easy. Did I say that I got an excellent price for the house? Thank you, Tom!
