I was referred to Tom by the property manager of our Orlando single family home and could not have had a better experience. I've worked with more than a dozen real estate agents over the years and I'd rate Tom as the best! It did not matter that we live out of state since Tom managed all aspects of the sale, including rehab and repairs which were performed professionally and at reasonable prices, always keeping me informed during the process. I usually feel that broker commissions are excessive, however, the added value Tom brought to this sale was well earned and deserved!

I believeMr McNamara, Jr sold my home for less money than the market supported, and when I asked Thomas about a fee he was charging me to sell, I had no reply. I would not sell with this broker again, because he will undersell your home in order to make his sales commission. I received no sales comps and it took 3 months to sell while under contract.
