I was advised immediately of the best way to present the property and he also advised us the best way to get the house cleaned up and ready to show. By how fast the sale was, he advised quite correctly.
Tom McCarthy and his staff go over and above what the average broker provides the buyer. Their knowledge goes beyond the sale of real estate with expertise in all phases of construction and repair with quick response and answers to any and all concerns. The fact they represent the seller and exhibit such professionalism and caring towards the purchaser exemplifies their genuine concern for both parties.
A stand-up stand out gentleman who has no peers.
Tom and staff were very helpful with the process. Always returned calls and answered any questions same day. I would recommend Thomas McCarthy Realty to anyone who wants someone who is honest and knowledgeable.
Tom and the entire staff were outstanding. They are a very cohesive team that works very well together to handle all of the issues and details associated with the listing and sale. Couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated and the entire process. There is no doubt in my mind that none of our other potential realtor choices could have nor would have gone above and beyond the way they did. FANTASTIC Job!
Tom is great to work with and does what has to be done to get your house sold. Thanks Tom for all you and your team did to make everything go smoothly. Ted Prahlow
