From our first conversation and conveyance of desired location, budget, home type and features, Thomas exceeded our expectations. He set about organizing potential properties, narrowing the list, and finally arranging a variety of showings on several occasions. He made himself available when we travelled from out of town, gathered as much information as possible (whether prompted by us or on his own initiative), and was flexible and honest throughout the process. He is not pushy, is quick to point out potential issues, and is very astute on quality and construction.
