Thomas helped the reviewer sell this property

Thomas is an outstanding Realtor and someone we completely trust.

We had the pleasure of working with Thomas Kersey to sell 4 of our condo units in Plantation Point in Bluffton, and we could not have been happier with the experience. 2 of our units ended up being record breaking sales. Selling multiple properties could easily have become overwhelming, but Thomas made the entire process remarkably easy for us. He handled everything with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail, kept us informed throughout each transaction, and was always available when we had a question or needed guidance. What impressed us most was how personally invested Thomas was in getting the best possible result for us. He understood the Plantation Point market, gave us straightforward advice, marketed each property effectively, and handled the negotiations and details from listing through closing. After successfully selling all four condos, we can confidently say that Thomas is an outstanding Realtor and someone we completely trust. He treated us with kindness and respect throughout the entire process, and we always felt that our best interests came first. We would highly recommend Thomas Kersey to anyone considering selling a home or investment property in the Bluffton or Hilton Head Island area. He truly went above and beyond for us. Sincerely, Ron & Cathy
