Thomas & Jessica were so incredibly helpful in guiding us through purchasing our very first home. He has great awareness of the market and gave great advice as far as what would be a competitive offer. He was extremely flexible with the timing of our showings and willing to meet with us whenever was most convenient for us. He is very responsive and answers questions through email or text almost immediately. We were very lucky to have met Thomas and Jessica! We would definitely use their services again and would without a doubt recommend them to any of our family or friends.

Prior to having Thomas as our realtor, my wife and I had a horrible experience with our previous realtor. The previous realtor would be late, always on his phone while "showing" us houses, and tried to just push us to buy a house without thinking of our true well being. We immediately dropped that realtor and hired Thomas (the best decision we made). From day one, Thomas was always receptive to our needs. Any questions or concerns we had, he would always be there to provide us an answer. Thomas always had our best intentions in mind and would not let us settle or push us to purchase a house if we weren't comfortable. I truly appreciated all the work and dedication he gave us. Thomas is a true professional and will work his hardest to make you the most satisfied home owner.

Thomas helped us buy our first house in 2014 and he recently helped us purchase our second house last month (May 2021). Both experiences were great. This 2nd round I was really impressed with his networking abilities. Thomas was able to leverage his network of agents to find out more information (than what was provided) about the houses we were interested it...which helped, A LOT! Thomas also went above and beyond while we were trying to close our loan. We needed to do some work on the house but my wife and I could not meet the contractors. Instead, Thomas helped us meet our contractors for us. He open the doors, made sure everything was locked, and to made sure to ask any pertinent questions. Definitely recommend Thomas for all of your real estate needs.
