Thomas answers his phone, responds to e mails and texts immediately. Because of this focus nothing is ever left hanging in the air. He did a market analysis and recommended a sale price 15000 Dollar higher than I had come up with and the eventual sale price bore that out. He told me not to fix minor cosmetic issues and was right about that too.
