Thomas was very patient with us as we looked at houses for a couple of years before finding the neighborhood that we really liked. He also sold our Round Rock house many years ago for us, which was not an easy sale. We are very happy in our new home and made the right decision. Thomas and Ranjelle helped us in so many ways as we had a million questions. They re great people, very professional and know the real estate business. They are the best!

As a client I know I was very stubborn about what I wanted in a home. I thought I could have it all my way. I think the thing that impressed me the most was all of them wanted me to have the home I wanted, they were not just interest in making a sale. They all worked expremely hard to help me find just the perfect new home for me and they accomplished that.

Whenever I contacted him he reply to me quickly and promptly. I can get the useful information from Thomas. He gave me the knowledge and let me understand the things I didn't know before. Above all Thomas is considerate ,helpful and loyal the the customers.

Years ago, Thomas helped us to sell a home that was sitting on the market for months. He really worked to get it sold. After that he stayed in touch with us even though we had moved away. When we were thinking of moving back to Texas but in a different town, Thomas was very patient to show us homes in various neighborhoods so we could make an informed decision about a purchase. This went on for a couple of years and he never minded doing this. Once we had made a decision, he and Ranjelle made the process easy and answered all questions promptly. They are total professionals and we highly recommend them.

This is our third house purchase with Thomas as our agent. We spent years looking for the perfect lake house that fit our needs and budget, and Thomas patiently helped us find the unicorn we were after. He talked us out of a few bad choices, and wouldn't let us overpay for others we liked, and now we have finally closed on The One that was so worth the wait. Being on the lake, with well water, and septic system governed by the LCRA, and two separate lots with their own structures and taxation, were a number of complexities to this transaction. Thomas got up to speed quickly on all the intricacies of the situation, and helped us navigate the process smoothly. We've bought our primary home, an investment property, and a vacation home all through Thomas, and I highly recommend him for all your real estate needs.
