I am overwhelmingly pleased!

Tom went way above any expectations I had of what an agent does. A serious flaw in my house title was caught, explained and resolved with his guidance and minimal effort on my part (except for my unnecessary worry). And that was just the start. Tom explained each step of the process, hiccups and all and assured me along the way. I got to work with a man who navigates with the best ethics, understanding and compassion that anyone could hope for. If you think I'm getting all gooey about this, it's because he made a dreamlike goal a reality for my family and me. I re ommend Mr Santoro without a bit of reservation but with a whole lot of enthusiasm.
