He took every detail i told him i was looking for in a house and was constantly sending me houses that weren’t a waste of my time because they had everything marked off my checklist. While touring houses, he knew exactly what to look for in the foundation, and any troublesome spots that would cause future problems as an owner. He was not afraid to tell me to run and rule a house out. This meant the most to me because it was obvious he wasn’t trying to just sell any house he was trying to sell me THE house, a “good” house. One i wouldn’t buy and then suddenly find problems that would cost me more money in the end. He knows exactly what he’s doing and he is very easy to talk to making it more like a family member was helping me search, someone i felt i could trust whole heartedly and someone i knew had my best interest at heart. He is truly a realtor that loves what he does and it showed with every interaction. I am so thankful and couldn’t imagine getting my dream house with anyone else.

Tom is quick to respond, thoughtful, and organized. He has great knowledge about homes and home maintenance and provided really helpful knowledge about homes we viewed. He also helped me get a decent deal during a difficult (for buyers) market. In the instances when he was not available, he arranged for Karen, his colleague to be there.
