He took every detail i told him i was looking for in a house and was constantly sending me houses that weren’t a waste of my time because they had everything marked off my checklist. While touring houses, he knew exactly what to look for in the foundation, and any troublesome spots that would cause future problems as an owner. He was not afraid to tell me to run and rule a house out. This meant the most to me because it was obvious he wasn’t trying to just sell any house he was trying to sell me THE house, a “good” house. One i wouldn’t buy and then suddenly find problems that would cost me more money in the end.
