We met Tom on a Friday about selling my Mother's house. Right away he was very comfortable working with us and us with him. Right away we developed a plan. It was a unique situation where my Mother passed away, my brother still living in the house and me (the Trustee) living in Jacksonville. Tom showed the house the following Monday and by the end of the week an offer had been accepted. Following Tom's advice we talked to a Title company and were able to avoid probate and the closing went very smoothly. Tom was with us the whole way with his knowledge, expertise, and advice. All of his recommendations were on point. Thankyou Tom for making a tough situation for us very manageable.

My mother had passed away and with very little time on our hands, we had to sell her estate. Being located about 3000 miles from Florida and within a week, Tom got us organized and put us on the right path to selling the home. If even helped us in getting the house is shape with such a short window of time. We were set up with a closing agent and all contracts and legal aspects were handled remotely with professionalism. Throughout the process Tom communicated with us on regular basis and he was always on call. The whole process went very smooth. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Tom was consistently on top of things with the sale of this house and went above and beyond in taking care of everything. None of us live in Florida and we all had to get back home so couldn't stay in Florida to prepare the house for the sale. He took care of everything from getting furniture removed to getting the house cleaned. We are eternally grateful for all he did for us at this difficult time. Tom, you're a rock star!
