Extremely helpful

We were traveling from Nantucket and Thiago was very efficient in making the most of our time off island viewing properties. He often seemed to know more about the property than the sellers agent. We would receive email updates about new properties coming on the market that met our criteria, price changes, etc. After we signed the P&S, Thiago stayed on top of all the details, making sure everything was done for a smooth closing. He also went above and beyond helping us establish relationships with insurance agents, home watch services, interior design people and help with media. I would highly recommend Thiago if you are looking to buy or sell on the Cape.
