I met Therese at an open house in 2014. We did not like the house, but I said to my wife Pat when we are ready to buy I want to contract her as my realtor. In May of the following year, we did sign a contract with her. She listed our home and helped us by a new one. Both transaction including offer were completed in two days. She always takes care of all the details. In May of 2023, I decided to move to Apple Valley, MN . She helped us find a townhouse here. She also listed my house in Rochester. Her prelisting marketing and picture taking is so professional. We posted it for sale and again had our offer in 2 days. She takes care of the big and little details. This was the first home we bought and Therese was our realtor when we sold it. This was not a time when homes were flying off the market but Therese did a great job with suggesting home improvements that would add value. She helped schedule all the work that needed to be done and also helped coordinate everything after we had moved out of state. Therese was always punctual in every aspect of the listing and the sale. She always did what she said she would do, whether it was getting the initial listing pictures taken and posted, or getting the listing details posted, or getting the property staged with complete furnishings and art work, or formal listing pictures taken, or making sure the lawn was mowed so all looked nice, or making sure lights were off every evening and the HVAC was not running full on, she did it all and in a timely fashion. We really appreciated all the hard work she did as we moved a long ways away and were not able to be present to take care of details. Therese's knowledge of property values and inventory on the market allowed us to get top dollar for our property and in a relatively short period of time. This is the second time we have utilized Therese's skills and we have been highly satisfied both times.
