We worked with Teri Schelin to buy our home, and she was excellent from start to finish. She knows the local market cold: she flagged issues in showings we would have completely missed and steered us away from a couple of properties that looked good on paper but had real problems. She was always available, answered questions fast, and never made us feel like a bother. What stood out most was how she handled negotiations. Teri was awesome throughout the whole process. We closed on our home on Aug 31, 2020. During our search, inventory was very tight and as new listings came on the market most were gone in a few days. Teri was all over the new listing sending them our way as soon as they hit the market. Teri has great market knowledge and an experience negotiator. She was easy to reach and if we were not able to reach her, she would promptly return calls, emails or texts. Very easy to work with and a good style to her. She was great all the way through closing and was able save us a dollars at the last minute. I would highly recommend Teri, if your looking to buy or sell a home/condo.
