Sharp, honest, and always in our corner

We worked with Teri Schelin to buy our home, and she was excellent from start to finish. She knows the local market cold: she flagged issues in showings we would have completely missed and steered us away from a couple of properties that looked good on paper but had real problems. She was always available, answered questions fast, and never made us feel like a bother. What stood out most was how she handled negotiations. She was professional and easy to work with, but when she needed to push back on the other side (inspectors, listing agents, sellers) she did it firmly and got results. She was clearly working for us, not just trying to close a deal. If you’re buying or selling , I’d recommend Teri without hesitation.

Excellent!

Simply the best

Frances was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and experienced in the market. She was kind, listened to my requirements, and had good energy. Great & Informative Agent

Not only did we luck up and find the right home, we found the right agent in Frances L. as well. She really helped us through our home search and what to expect in South Florida real estate. She was able to help us pivot as the market literally changed week by week…day by day during the pandemic. It was frustrating but she kept us right in the game focused that our home was out there. It was! I can never thank you enough for the hours and days of compassion and information that you imparted to us. It was certainly invaluable.
