Theresa is a very passionate, friendly agent who know what she is doing, and takes time to understand the customers needs before randomly picking-out houses. We were looking to buy a house in Orlando, and imagine this was our first time in Orlando. We were so scattered in what we wanted, but she was swiftly able to understand what me and my wife wanted, and was able to gather our thoughts to find the right fit. Even after we had picked our houses, she showed us more house so we can be sure of our decision. Theresa facilitated the sale of my property quickly and efficiently with excellent photos and advertising. She kept me informed as the process progressed and we were able to smoothly close on time so that I could close another property on the same day. Her knowledge of the sale process was excellent. My husband and I had a really challenging time purchasing this home, mostly due to the sellers. Theresa did her best to communicate with us and keep us updated as we were living in Utah when we purchased the home. Theresa let us store things at her house when we moved to Florida and made us feel really welcomed. She did as much as she could for us while we waited another month after moving to get into our house.
