Teresa went above and beyond her expertise as a real estate. Agent, she was very knowledgeable of the space coast area. Questions l had for her she knew the answers. She showed me the properties I wanted to see. She did an amazing job. She also came across another property. I didn't have on my list, and wanted to know if I wanted to look at it, which I agreed. She told me that the property was a newer property. She had the paperwork with her for that property. When I looked at it, it was what I was looking for. Theresa Friend worked hard to coordinate our home purchase long distance. We were living in Colorado and moving to Florida. She was insightful on locations and neighborhoods. She was a master negotiator when issues arose from the inspection and VA Loan Survey. She saved us thousands of dollars. Theresa was in a single word "Patient." We looked at tons of homes all across the region before deciding on the current home. I would highly recommend Theresa for anyone seeking a diligent, dedicated realtor. Overall a very smooth, long-distance, process.

Many years ago I contacted Theresa about purchasing a house and came up from the Keys to spend the day with her. She took me all over but in the end nothing really whet the apetite. 18 years later my wife and I were looking to move from Sebring and thought we would try to find something in Melbourne again and as I am friends with her on FB I did not hesitate to contact her. It seemed not a day had passed since we last talked. We went to see her and for the next two weeks she led us around the various neighborhoods getting a feel for what we truly were looking for. Some were this close, others we made a bid on but as we were a contigency cash purchase we were declined, thankfully mind you. We finally found the perfect home with flags flying throughout the neighborhood and neighbors greeting neighbors. The owners were motivated to sell and accepted our offer within a couple days. We could not be happier. If you require someone who is wholly committed to your needs and wants I can think of no one more qualified than Theresa. Oh, and just so you know, this is our eleventh or twelfth house (retired Navy) in our almost 40 years so we are not spring chickens when it comes to buying homes. I hear you laughing...

Yes, Theresa is the best realtor she’s a phenomenal truly good friend. Now we became good friends. We’re family and to anyone that’s looking for a realtor. She is the one she is the star. You guys would not go wrong with her. Yes it took six years but she took her time and knowledge educating us on how we should go about this journey because we were retiring and she didn’t want us to make a mistake in what we were trying to accomplish our brand new contraction home she explained about taxes, impact fees, association fees, when living in developments what you’re responsible for and when you live in communities where you can just plant your own gardens without fees without restrictions something that my husband really wanted to do was to have his garden with his fruits and vegetables and herbs so this is why we gave a five star review we went from client to be coming friends family, and that’s hard to come by these days
