Theresa Chai was referred to me as the hardest working, most dedicated realtor you can find in the Phoenix area and she did not disappoint! Her attention to detail stands out by far, whether it's in filing all the documents and paperwork for every offer or in how to best present your property. She knew at all times what our competitors were doing with their properties and how to make ours stand out. She has truly been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning to the closing of our property for sale. I'll eventually have 2 more houses to sell and I wouldn't dream of hiring anyone else to sell them for me.
