My wife & I havd an excellent experience selling our house with Ted's help. Ted gave us tips on how to prepare our house for sale. He helped us determine the best price point for our house based on market conditions at the time and local comps. We had a very sucessful open house which Ted orchastrated. Ted kept things moving through the inspections and closing. he maintained open communication between us and the buyer throughout the process. Ted also advised us during the process of buying our new house in Pennsylvania even though it was outside his licenced area. We would highly recommend Ted Spenadel to anyone buying or selling a home.
