He was definitely easy to work with and knows the market

I was extremely impressed with the way Ted handled the selling of our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made what usually becomes a very stressful situation into a walk in the park. He promised at the beginning he would take care of everything for us, and true to his word he made the transaction simple and stress free. He answered all our questions and went well above our expectations of him. He did all the leg work necessary to get the job done. A great realtor and man.

From the first day I signed (July 13th 2022) with Ted to represent me with the sale of my home I knew this was the best decision I made. The next day the sign was on my front lawn, fliers & listings were in motion. I was going thru a very difficult time the unexpected loss of my brother when I decided to sell & true to his word Ted made this a very stress free experience for me. No matter what was needed to get done he handled it without any hesitation and I quote "Don't worry I got it covered." My Open house was on Sunday July 24th on a record breaking heatwave of 101 degrees & I was a nervous that no one would show that was truly an understatement. With all his expertise & marketing techniques there were between 40-45 people that attended the open house. Ted called me the next day and said it was a success and I could not of been happier and surprised at the outcome of people. It was due to Ted's knowledge of the Market, Communication, Advertising and above all his wonderful Personality and Professionalism. On July 27th three days after the open house l accepted one of the offers and sold my home. Ted handled what needed to be done and on August 27th exactly 30 days I signed and closed on my home. It was a tough and difficult decision to make but the right one selling my home after 34 wonderful years & memories there. It was all due to Ted and I am so grateful for him and everything he did to make this happen in such a quick time frame. Ted is a true Professional and takes Pride in his work. He is Honest, Caring, Gets to know his clients, Great Personality, Exceptional knowledge in all aspects of his work, he listens, pleasure to work with and in the end the results speak for itself he gets the job done no matter what the circumstance is he is there for you. I had a wonderful experience working with Ted and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested in Buying/Selling a home and believe me you will not be disappointed.

Hands down the BEST real estate agent ever. He is effective, professional, honest, and hands on! She had a great knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. He was very responsive to our needs and was always available when we needed him to be. Anyone looking to purchase a home would be lucky to work with Ted!

Ted was a great help during this whole process. He was very knowledgeable on all of the aspects and hurdles that we faced during our sale. We highly recommend him and if I ever sell again we wouldn’t use anyone but Ted!
