Thelma Rossbach and her team were exceptional to work with throughout the entire home buying AND selling process. Thelma helped me sell my home and it was such a pleasure working with her. She answered any questions that I had no matter how silly they were! My home was sold quickly and smoothly thanks to her. Thelma also helped my husband and I find a new home. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market. We would find houses we wanted to view and she set up times without any hesitation. What I also loved about Thelma was that she told us her thoughts & opinions on certain aspects of the houses we were viewing. Based on her experience and background as a realtor, she would tell us if we were looking at a house that was potentially a poor investment. I really valued this as I do not have any housing market experiencing and she was not just another realtor pushing my husband and I to buy the most expensive and largest house. We found a house that suited us perfectly and the whole process was great. She communicated with the other realtor and advocated for us when needed. It was such a pleasure working with Thelma and her team throughout this whole process!

I am not an easy buyer as I always made the houses that I buy complicated with multiple addendums and post closing construction/ renovation loans. Thelma has helped me buy 3 houses personally. I have also been the loan officer on countless deals with her for over a decade. I love Thelma because she works just like me. She always answers the phone. She answers client questions honestly even when the answer could make her lose a commission. Every client that she works with refers her because she does such a good job. I would refer her over and over again.
